Unfortunately, we have to inform you that this event will not take place. The next opportunity for you to take part in an exciting AI Challenge will be next semester. We want to apologize for this short notice.
Therefore, Paper Reading #6 has concluded the public events for this semester. We will be back at the start of next semester, offering exciting events for you. Be sure to check our social media channels to not miss any of them!

🚨 We are thrilled to announce this exciting event! 🚨
Starting from 09.06 we are hosting a #datathon again– but this time together with our friends from Vienna, Lumos!
Together we crafted something exciting, suited for every data head out there – both beginners and experts.
At 18:00 you will be introduced to the project and from there on, you have 48h to tackle a unique and interesting #datascience project together with like-minded individuals 😌🧠
📝🤔 What’s the task?
For now, that’s still our secret. But what we can tell you are going to be working in a team of 1-4 people on your mission to explore the world of wine and customer groups. You are going to gain and use your expertise in #regression, #classification, #ideation, and a little bit of prototyping!
🏆🤑 What’s in it for you?
Besides a fun way to put your knowledge into practice, you can meet up and exchange your passion for data science with others. There will be multiple prizes for different disciplines, ranging from wine to other gifts and goodies 😉. There will also be a secret prize for the overall winning team!

Don’t worry! From interested beginners to experienced data scientists – our Datathon addresses all levels of experience. During the whole Datathon, our members are here to help you out if needed. Being interested and motivated to work on a unique case is all you need.
Because it is best suited for the Datathon task, our language of choice will be #python.

🌍📍You would like to join but are not in Linz?
Our opening event will also be in Vienna! The closing event is held in hybrid mode. For both the kick-off and closing event, the Infineon Hub in Vienna or the JKU Campus in Linz is available for you to join!
